Marcela Dilion-Strechie works at Keystone Moldova since 2012, coordinating during this period the implementation of 8 projects funded by the EU and the Open Society Foundation. Research areas: development of social services for vulnerable groups; protection of persons with disabilities; protection of children's rights; contracting social services. 

Marcela Dilion-Strechie participated as an expert in the elaboration of policy documents, legal, normative and methodological frameworks in the field of social assistance, protection of children's rights and persons with disabilities. She has provided advice to various international organizations (UNICEF, IOM) and CSOs active in the field of child and family rights protection. She has participated as a consultant in 25 international and national projects. 

The scientific results are reflected in 101 scientific-didactic publications, including 7 textbooks / course materials (as a co-author), 4 studies and researches, 90 scientific articles and instructive-methodical works.
